Once the Artwork is done, customer receives the preview for approval.

Order will be proceeded for the further step's only after the preview is approved by the customer.

Material: Digital file or Printed on Textured premium CANVAS Media, dust can be clean with soft cloth without Water.

Return Policy

We believe our job is to make sure you LOVE your Portrait. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know why and we will make it right.

In case of a manufacturer defect on arrival (i.e. damaged Portrait or objective flaw) send us a photo of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your Portrait. We will confirm the issue and remake your Portrait. You will be required to ship the original Portrait back to us to get a replacement.

If you want to cancel your order and your cancellation request comes within the first 15 minutes after placing it, you will get a full 100% refund. If you cancel after 15 minutes, it means one of our artists has been assigned to the project and as such you will receive a refund minus $20. Due to the custom nature of our product, once production of your item has begun it is not refundable.

FAQs

All of our artworks are digitally created based on the photos you provide us and are almost identical to an actual hand-painted portrait. So all you have to do is sit back and relax while our illustrators transform your photo into a masterpiece!
Our talented design team can also enhance any images you provide or remove certain objects from photos.

Usually Digital File format orders are done in 1 - 7 days. And it takes additional 7 -14 days to make and deliver your print.

If you are not completely satisfied with you portrait, you can request minor changes via e-mail. We offer unlimited of revisions. So please, in case you want changes, list them all in one e-mail.The portraits are custom-made and are non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Yes! If you'd like us to create your portrait from multiple photos, simply upload all of your images and note 'Combine Photos' when placing your order. Each additional person costs $49,9.

If you have any notes for the artist, please add them when you upload your photos. We'll combine all photos digitally into one artwork and send it to you for approval.

I was worried that the photo quality would make it look awkward. But it didn’t! Also, the person who I was in touch with was very nice and very quick as well!!
